Brik Partners is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online marketing and customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement omnichannel digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing)
– Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI
– Analyze and interpret marketing data and metrics to inform decision-making
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
– Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
– Optimize website and landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates
– Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or online advertising roles
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
– In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
– Proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)
– Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
– Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) design
– Knowledge of web development and coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies
– Experience in managing and mentoring digital marketing teams
– Relevant marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint)
